PA received!!
Ok this post is a little behind. We received our pre-approval on Feb 17th (6 days!) This basically means that the Chinese government is willing to look at our family in the adoption of Fei-Fei!! Our deadline is August 17, 2011 to get our dossier to China. I am hoping for March or April.
